Dogs requiring special accommodations:
Holidays: For dogsitting during major holidays, add 15$ to the day of, before and after the holiday. During the December holidays, this is for a week-long period.
Health: One or two pills with meals? No problem. If medication schedule is very complex and time-sensitive, add 5$ a day.
Behavior issues: During holidays, dogs with behavior issues (particularly dog-dog aggression) are an additional 15$ on top of the holiday rate. During the rest of the year, add 5$.
Location: Beyond Prospect/Crown Heights, Park Slope, Clinton Hill/Fort Greene, owners are responsible for dropping off their dogs. For stays in your home in neighborhoods beyond this range, add 5$ for transport costs.
OCCASIONAL WALKS AND EXTRA COMPANY:
Checkin (occasional check-ins for sick dogs, puppies) = 11$
Evening/weekend walk (20-40 minutes of exercise) = 20$ (generally a half hour)
RebeccaWalks uses biodegradable doo-bags and takes care to keep dogs away from neighborhood trees and plants (dog urine does kill trees!)
Trot/Run/Hugs & Kisses! (1 hour of love) = 25$
Weekend day-sitting, out and about for 4-5 hours = 40-50$
We go above and beyond. If it works out to everyone's benefit, we often happily give dogs extra-long walks for no extra charge.

We certainly towel off dogs after a rainy walk, and on steamy days, if they seem overheated, we will take them swimming or douse them with cold water to cool them down.
