Cancellation

Within a week of a minor holiday, and within a month of a major holiday, cancellations of sitting over holiday periods or during off-hours, must be paid in full.


Late Payment

We hardly ever charge a late payment fee. We all forget to leave a check now and then.

Exceptions:

*If Rebecca has pre-arranged to meet with you or to come to your house to pick up payment, and the payment is not there, a 15$ fee will be applied to the invoice.
*If a pattern of lateness arises, and is causing logistical problems, an additional 5$ will be added to the invoice, for each day the payment is late. (But don't worry, this measure has only been necessary with one client so far, in more than 7 years!)
